Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church, traditionally believed to have been founded by St. Thomas (Mar Thoma) one of the 12 disciples of Jesus Christ, and known by the name of the Apostle, in the year AD.52, having its Head Quarters at SCS Campus, Tiruvalla, Kerala, India.

Sharjah Marthoma Parish was founded in 1978 in UAE. In our 28 years of time we proudly announce that we are the 1st Marthoma Church in the Middle East to construct a church of our own. Sharjah Church has started with a small number of people, now our membership consist about 1500 families. We have constructed our own church building with a parish hall and a parsonage in the same compound.
